What are the New Orleans' philanthropic efforts? When will they be held?
When the cable industry returns to New Orleans for the first time since hurricane Katrina, we are taking the opportunity to leave behind a lasting contribution to the revitalization of a city and a culture that has meant so much to us for the past 30 years. NCTA is setting aside time before, during, and at the finale of The Cable Show '08 for the industry to join in any of a number of special programs offering support - from financial to physical - for a city on the mend. Get Involved

What is CableCares?
CableCares is an umbrella charity program featuring a variety of opportunities to show New Orleans we care. It is a way for everyone, at every level, to give back in ways that play to your interests, strengths, and convictions. And, with the assistance of the City of New Orleans, our partners at Cox New Orleans, and local organizations making a difference in the area, we've identified current areas of greatest need. Click to learn more about the programs and get involved
